In 1989, realizing a good amount of his business came from the eastern part of the state, Charlie decided to open a studio in Lexington. For over 10 years this studio has been serving the Lexington area with outstanding service and quality. Our Lexington Tattoo Charlie's has two full time artists and a part time piercer. Tattoo Charlie's Lexington Hours: Monday - Thursday : 12:00 Noon to 8:00 pm Directions From Frankfort: Take I-64 east to exit 113. Turn right off the ramp, then left on New Circle Rd. Tattoo Charlie's is on the right after Meadow Ln., past Bryan Station Rd. From Cincinnati: Take I-75 south to exit 113. Turn right off the ramp, then left on New Circle Rd. Tattoo Charlie's is on the right after Meadow Ln., past Bryan Station Rd. From Winchester: Take I-64 west to exit 113. Turn right off the ramp, Tattoo Charlie's is on the right after Meadow Ln., past Bryan Station Rd. From Richmond: Take I-75 north to exit 113.
