Tattoo Charlie's on Dixie Highway opened it's doors in January of 1999. In the spring of 2002, we closed our doors for a week and completely remodeled the studio. We doubled the inside space, added thousands of new designs, and made the studio much more open and inviting. Conveniently located one block south of Greenwood Road on Dixie Highway, this studio offers excellent service along with handicap accessibility. Tattoo Charlie's on Dixie Hours: Tuesday - Thursday : 12:00 Noon to 8:00 pm Directions From North of Louisville: Take I-65 South through Louisville to I-264 (Watterson Expressway) West towards Shively. Take exit #8A towards Ft. Knox. This will put you on Dixie Highway. Go approximately 4 miles down Dixie Hwy. to Greenwood Rd. Go through the light and Tattoo Charlie's is one block down on the right hand side. From South of Louisville: Take I-65 North to I-264 (Watterson Expressway) West towards Shively. Take exit #8A towards Ft. Knox. This will put you on Dixie Highway. Go approximately 4 miles down Dixie Hwy. to Greenwood Rd. Go through the light and Tattoo Charlie's is one block down on the right hand side. From East of Louisville: Take I-64 West to I-264 (Watterson Expressway) West towards Shively. Take exit #8A towards Ft. Knox. This will put you on Dixie Highway. Go approximately 4 miles down Dixie Hwy. to Greenwood Rd. Go through the light and Tattoo Charlie's is one block down on the right hand side. From West of Louisville: Take I-64 across the Sherman-Minton bridge. Take the first exit, I-264 (Watterson Expressway) towards Shively. Take exit #8A towards Ft. Knox. This will put you on Dixie Highway. Go approximately 4 miles down Dixie Hwy. to Greenwood Rd. Go through the light and Tattoo Charlie's is one block down on the right hand side. |
