Lucky works Mondays and Tuesdays from 2-9pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am-5pm, and Sundays from 1-8pm.  He is off on Fridays and Saturdays.

Justin works at the Preston Hwy studio on Mondays and every other Tuesday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Fridays from 5:00 pm to midnight, Saturdays from 1pm-8pm and Sundays from 10:00 am to 5:00  pm.  He is off on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Dave works at the Preston Hwy. studio on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5pm - midnight, Fridays 1-9pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 5pm.  He is off on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Pike works at the Preston Hwy. studio on Mondays through Fridays from  10am - 5pm.  He is off on Saturdays and Sundays.

Elli Wright

Artist at Tattoo Charlie's. Elli worked in our Lexington studio for years before moving back to her hometown of Baltimore. She has come back to Kentucky and is now working at our Preston Hwy studio full time, 5-midnight daily and off Sundays and Mondays. Stop in and see her for your next tattoo!

Moy comes to us from Omaha Nebraska with a background in kinesiology. He is a former state champion and all American athlete. With over 8 years experience piercing he is excellent at everything from ear projects to genital piercings. His schedule is typically noon - 10pm Mondays, 10am-5pm Tuesdays - Thursdays, and 10am-5pm Saturdays and Sundays.

We have a fully trained staff of piercers that specialize in surface anchors and specialty piercings.  They use only American made quality jewelry, never imported costume jewelry like you’d find at a mall retailer. 

We use internally threaded jewelry for your safety and comfort with all of our piercings.  External threads tear the tissue causing extra pain, excessive scar tissue, and slower healing.  Internal threads go in smoothly causing less pain, less damage to the skin, and promote faster healing.  Quality jewelry matters.

Each year in the fall we host our Tattoos Against Cancer benefit. Over the last 6 years of events we have raised over $45,000 for Meghan's Mountain, a local charity that supports quality of life issues for children dealing with cancer. Over the last few years Camp Quality, Indian Summer Camp, and the children at Norton Children's Hospital going through cancer treatment.

Sadly, In January of 2016 Meghan lost her battle with cancer. Her legacy of helping others will live on through her foundation and  all of those whose lives she touched.

It takes a lot of work and effort to put this event on each year and we love every minute of it. The artists here all donate their time and skill for the day, the business donates all of the supplies, and you all donate your money all for a wonderful cause. It is an honor to be able to give back to our community in such a meaningful way.
